Where Do We Ship?
Everywhere in the U.S., and pretty much everywhere else in the world that has postal delivery service.
How Do We Ship?
We ship all HydraPouches ordered from our online store via U.S. Postal Service First-Class mail, except for orders of ten or more HydraPouches, which we may ship using UPS. USPS First-Class "Extra Services" (certified, registered, insured, etc.) are not included in our standard shipping options.
How Much Does It Cost?
Your shipping costs will depend on the number of HydraPouches you order and your delivery location. Shipping for a single HydraPouch in the U.S. will be $2.00. Generally, shipping for a single HydraPouch to addresses outside of the U.S. will be $4.50 US, although in some cases additional expenses may apply. If additional expenses apply, we will contact you, and we won't ship unless you approve those expenses.
How Long Does It Take?
Delivery times will vary based on your delivery location, but generally USPS First-Class delivery in the U.S. will be 2-5 business days after shipping. Delivery to locations outside of the U.S. may take up to ten business days.
When Do We Ship?
We will ship your order no later than the first business day after the day you place the order.
